The Anne Arundel County Council of PTAs is offering two $1000 scholarships for graduating seniors attending any Anne Arundel Public School. The Phoebe Hearst Scholarship is available to any student who will be attending a post-secondary school, including community college or vocational school as well as college and university. The Lawson Scholarship is available to students seeking a course of study in education. Applications are available through school guidance offices or may be obtained from the following website: aaccpta.org 

Deadline for submission is February 25, 2013.
