      Legalize gun concealment and this will stop and the prison population will drop. NCAAP will tell you that it is the white race that made them do this.

      My comments were not to be racist, if you think that then I apologize. Currently the law stops the honest person from having guns, so the criminals have an edge, let the honest person have a gun and the crime will drop as for the criminals will think twice about robbing you.
