Boy Hurt at Lake Waterford Park
The fire department said the 13-year-old was airlifted to Maryland Shock Trauma after being injured while playing sports.

A 13-year-old boy was airlifted to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore after being hurt while playing sports on Wednesday.
Lt. Cliff Kooser of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said the incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. at Lake Waterford Park in Pasadena. Kooser said the boy sustained a head injury, possibly from an incident during a football game.
Kooser described the boy's injuries as serious, but not life-threatening.
