Returning from a meeting Thursday afternoon, two Patch editors noticed a traffic slow down on Route 648 (Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard) in front of Corwell's liquor store in Severna Park.
There is road work being done causing a slow down in both directions. Expect a slight delay if you are traveling in that area, or use Ritchie Highway as an alternate route.
