Jack, a former Reception Team Member at the Big Vanilla in Arnold and, more recently, a Lifestyle Consultant at Big Vanilla in Pasadena, died while visiting his son in Nashville, Tennessee, this past weekend.

After serving in the Army, Jack was employed by Bank of America for 32 years before retiring in 2002. He then began work for Big Vanilla at the Arnold location.

A viewing will be held at McCully-Plyniak Funeral Home at 3204 Mountain Road in Pasadena on Thursday 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.. A funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 689 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park on Friday at 12:30 p.m.

A reception will be held following the funeral at Big Vanilla Athletic Club, 26 Magothy Beach Road, in Pasadena. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105. Online donations may be made at www.stjude.org/waystohelp.
