'Changing Minds, Protecting Brains' Concussion Management
When: Oct. 18, 7 p.m.
Where: Severn School
Details: The Severn Concussion Team invites Severn parents to a presentation on concussions in general, and more specifically on Severn's own concussion protocol.

Annual Fund Phonathon: Callers Needed
When:  Oct. 30, 6:30 p.m.
Where: Bauer Dining Hall in the McCleary Student Center at Severn
Details: The school needs volunteers to make calls for a few hours and touch base with fellow friends, parents and alumni.

Grandfriends' Day
When: Nov. 16
Where: Severn School, 8 a.m.
Details: Grandfriends are invited to join their Severn students at School.

Teen Read Art Contest

Details: Zimmerman Library is running a Teen Read Art Contest from now until the end of October in honor of Teen Read Week.
