While driving around Pasadena in my never-ending search for cheap gas I noticed that one Pasadena gas station offers cheaper gas for those with cash.

The Lowest Price gas station on Ritchie Highway has two different prices listed on its sign. As of Tuesday afternoon those purchasing regular gas with cash could get it for $3.27 a gallon, while those using a credit card had to pay $3.33.

For those of you who haven’t seen me around town, I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe, which I love, but it isn’t the cheapest tank to fill up. I definitely do not carry around enough cash to fill up my car, so I don’t think I can benefit from cheaper cash prices.

Nonetheless, seeing the option of getting cheaper gas with cash made me wonder if anyone does take advantage of this deal.
