Police Seize Drugs, Charge Anne Arundel Man
Police search home in the 2000 block of 229th Street in Pasadena Wednesday night.
Police arrested and charged a Pasadena man on Wednesday after they said they found suspected marijuana and a small quantity of suspected heroin in his home, according to a release.
George Nelson Slaughter, 23, of the 2000 block of 229th Street in Pasadena, was arrested Thursday on charges of marijuana possession, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of other drugs including heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said that on Wednesday at 7:49 p.m., narcotics officers executed a search and seizure warrant targeting drug violations at Slaughter's home.
After searching the home, police seized approximately 3/4 of a pound of suspected marijuana with an estimated street value of $3,400, a small quantity of suspected heroin, related drug paraphernalia, and $220, according to a police statement.
