Q&A: Eagle Cove School Student Annabella Mackenzie

Annabella Mackenzie, 9, is a third-grader at Eagle Cove School.

Patch caught up with Eagle Cove School third-grader Annabella Mackenzie, 9, to ask her a few questions about the end of the school year, and her summer plans.

Pasadena Patch: What is something you learned this year?
Annabella Mackenzie:
I learned a lot about the Vikings in social studies. They were my favorite. Everyone thinks they have horns on their helmets, but they don’t.

Pasadena Patch: What was your favorite part of this school year?
Annabella:
I liked our play Jack in the Green Stalk. It was really fun because you would sign up on a paper, and then they would give you lines to practice. Then they would pick who played what part.

Pasadena Patch: What are you most looking forward to next year?
Annabella:
It is really fun to know you are moving on to a new grade and you will have new things happening.

Pasadena Patch: What are you going to do over your summer vacation?
Annabella:
Every summer I go to Wyoming because my grandparents live there. They have a pool we can ride our bikes to, and I get to ride horses.

Pasadena Patch: What are you going to miss most about school during the summer?
Annabella:
I will miss seeing my friends.

Check back on Tuesday for another Eagle Cove School student interview.
