Real Fire Brazilian Grill Coming to Anne Arundel
The new Edgewater restaurant will hose a grand opening on on March 30 and March 31.
Fans of Fogo de Chao will soon no longer need to travel to Baltimore to experience Brazilian food and a unique serving atmosphere.
Real Fire Brazilian Grill will formally open in Edgewater on April 1 and will offer Brazilian-style meats and pizzas served rodizio style.
Owner Arlin Bleclic explained that after customers are seated, servers will bring out all sorts of side dishes and diners will be given red and green cards, which signal stop and go.
“The cards tell the servers when to come around and serve you,” Bleclic said. “They have skewers with different kinds of meat—chicken, sausage, pork—and they do the same thing with the pizza. We have several different styles.”
Bleclic, an Arnold resident, owned a Brazilian restaurant in Baltimore several years ago and has owned several restaurants in Brazil.
Real Fire Brazilian Grill, located at 121 Mitchell's Chance Rd. in Edgewater, will host a reservation only, soft opening on March 30 and March 31. It will open for good April 1.
