What Should Fill Magothy Beach Plaza?

The shopping center off of Maryland Route 100 has lots of empty locations. What shops would you like to see come to Pasadena?

Have you noticed all the empty buildings at Magothy Beach Plaza? Driving around the Lakeshore Plaza area it is hard not to notice all the vacant retail shops in the adjacent shopping center.

Personally, I would love if a Starbucks would come to town. Not only would I get some of my favorite coffee, but it would also provide another location with Wi-Fi to work from. In case you haven’t noticed I am in Panera a lot, which is fine, but I’d like a second hotspot on the other side of town.

What types of places would you like to see come to Magothy Beach Plaza?

I'd like to see an "Earl of Sandwich" which is a family friendly restaurant most people would know from DisneyWorld.

The only problem with this location is the entry. It is so congested with Big Vanilla traffic and McDonalds. I try to avoid the area...

Starbucks would be awesome! Or maybe a little deli/bagel shop.

I think they should put a California Tortilla in Pasadena. I much prefer Cal Tort to Chipotle and there aren't any of them nearby. They have great food and really cool drink machines

California Tortilla sounds good. Or Qdoba.

Starbucks would be great but how about an organics/natural food store...Giant and Safeway have limited selections so how about a Mom's (they pride themselves in being the costco of Whole Foods)

Oh Sonic! What a good idea. One of those opened up in my hometown like a month after I moved. So bummed.

Sonic would be great but I woud also like to add that the entry ways into the shopping center tend to be narrow and not so obvious and combined with the traffic make things not so inviting to enter the shopping center.
