Celebrate New Year's 2013 in Anne Arundel County

A roundup of places to ring in the new year from around the county.

 

Annapolis:

Susan Campell Park—The music starts at 8 p.m. with two fireworks displays at 7:30 p.m. and again at midnight.

Annapolis Bowl—Two-hour family parties can be booked from 4:30-6:30 p.m. or 7-9 p.m.; Gala with unlimited galaxy bowling from 9:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.; For more information, click here.

Federal House Bar & Grille—"Kick It Off" comedy show and dinner package from 7:30-9:30 p.m. for $49 per person; "Ring It In" comedy show and hors d'oeuvre package from 10:30 p.m. to 2013 for $25 per person; for more information, click here.

Broadneck:

Deep Creek Restaurant—offers a surf and turf dinner for $85 per couple from 8 p.m.-midnight; free champagne toast; live music by Jack Selway at bar

Broadneck Cantina—The party goes from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. with Budweiser and Bud Lite $3 all night; glasses of champagne are also $3 all night; for more information, click here.

O'Loughlin's Restaurant—Open bar, hors d'oeuvres, dinner and a champagne toast at midnight for $65 per person; featuring live music from G3 and Friends; for more information, click here.

Edgewater-Davidsonville:

Coconut Joe’s—Offering a DJ and buffet with a free champagne toast for all who stay up to midnight.

Stan & Joe’s—Offering a four-course meal for $29.95 including an appetizer, entrée and dessert of your choice. Also included is a free champagne toast at midnight, and a “really kickin’” local Edgewater band—The Fairhaven Band —according to owner Joe McGovern. Reservations are “highly recommended,” he said.

Yellowfin Steak & Fish House—The upstairs dining room will have a normal evening, but downstairs there will be a classy New Year’s Eve party. Featuring a five course dinner buffet of crab dip, bacon-wrapped scallops, seared tuna and more, the $60 cover charge gives patrons a lot of food and unlimited champagne until midnight. Reservations are highly recommended.

Glen Burnie:

La Fontaine Bleue—enjoy live music, an open bar, seafood buffet, a champagne toast and breakfast to end the night for $85 per person; performance by Oracle

Odenton:

Severna Park:

Shooters—Champagne toast at midnight along with noisemakers; domestic bottles for $2.75 and rail drink specials for $3.50; no cover charge

Bill Bateman’s—All-you-can-eat wings as well as specials on Stella Artois
