Bible 101: Introductory Class on God's Written Word

A six-session class introducing the Bible to people who feel they know nothing about it will begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 18 at Galilee Lutheran Church, 4652 Mountain Road, Pasadena.
Bible 101 will be taught by veteran educator Tim Merritt, who also is certified as a Lutheran teacher.
The six class hours will provide an overview of the Christian Scripture, as well as tools for helping to understand it, either for personal reading or as part of a group study.
The class is free and open to the public. All materials are provided, but advanced registration is requested to help in preparing materials.
