Animal Control Pets of the Week: Jan. 24

Here’s a look at a few cats up for adoption at Anne Arundel County Animal Control.

Olivia

Olivia is an approximately 2-year-old female domestic short haired. She arrived at the shelter in November 2012 and has yet to find a home. She was found at Piney Orchard Elementary School wearing a pink nylon collar but so far no one has come looking for her. Olivia is a friendly and loving cat. Tiny

Tiny is an approximately 7-year-old front declawed neutered male domestic short haired. He was surrendered to the shelter in October 2012 and so far he hasn't found his forever home. He was surrendered because his previous owner had too many cats to care for and Tiny prefers to be the only cat in his home. He is an indoor litter trained cat. According to his previous owner he is friendly, active and affectionate. If you are interested in this mature declawed cat please come meet him at Anne Arundel County Animal Control.  

PJ

PJ is an approximately 5-year-old neutered male domestic short haired. He was returned to the shelter in early January, after being a adopted a mere two weeks before, because he was not adjusting to the dogs in the home. At the shelter PJ is outgoing and always at the front of his cage. PJ is friendly and affectionate. PJ enjoys belly rubs. If you have a calm household and are looking for a cat to cuddle with he may be the one for you. Please come meet PJ at Anne Arundel County Animal Control.  

Bree

Bree is an approximately 5-year-old spayed female domestic short haired. She is a staff and volunteer favorite because of her outgoing and friendly personality. She was surrendered to the shelter in December 2012 due to allergies of someone in the home. She lived in a home with another cat and did well. According to her previous owner she likes soft blankets and lots of attention.
