Located in the Pine Grove Village Shopping Center, Chopstix is the perfect choice for Chinese food to-go, or for a pleasant dine-in experience. The restaurant offers a wide selection of Chinese fare, from Chow Mein to chef's specialties such as Peking Duck.
In addition to traditional options like Sweet and Sour Chicken and Beef with Broccoli, Chopstix offers options for the more adventurous eater. Diners can choose from exotic dishes such as Char Sui Pan - a Chinese barbecued pork - Hawaiian Duck, and a whole fish, fried and served with a tangy sauce.
Chopstix offers a full menu of lunch specials, ranging in price from around six to eight dollars each. Traditional Chinese favorites like General Tso's Chicken and Kung Pao Beef are served along with fried rice and a spring roll.
The restaurant was opened by Wendy Won nearly five years ago, and offers carry-out and dine-in service, as well as a lounge and banquet facilities.
Steven Chan has worked at Chopstix for more than four years, and said that business remains steady and stabilized, mostly supported by local residents who have become loyal customers over the years.
“Most people order more traditional dishes like Crab Meat Wontons or General Tso's Chicken,” said Chan. “We tend to be busier at dinner time than at lunch time – We really appreciate our loyal customers who come back again and again because they love our food.”
