Do you like to be scared ... out of your mind? Prince George's Stadium in Bowie was transformed into a "Doomsday Asylum" for the month of October—and there's currently a special offer for Patch readers on Friday night if you buy a ticket before midnight Thursday.
A warning to the weary: More than 20 live actors are waiting to jump out at you around any corner. And sensors detect when you walk into a room so there could be something else scary popping up when you least expect it. Watch out for the people in gas masks along with the others lurking around the "haunted hospital!"
Tulip Gulch Production's Doomsday Asylum Haunted House will be happening weekends through October and Halloween week, but you must order by midnight Thursday to save on the admission for Patch Night on Friday.
That’s right, if you buy your ticket online in advance and use the discount code “PATCH” (all caps, no quotes) you can save $5 off the $15 advance price. Tickets cost $17 at the door. Click here to buy tickets and use the discount code for Friday night.
and producers Mark Torsani and Gary Fischer promise lots of new surprises and spooky features to scare the socks off of attendees.
And, as if getting your scare on wasn’t enough, a portion of proceeds will go to support a local charity or family in need.
TELL US: Will you be checking out the asylum? Have you been in the past? Leave a comment to let us know if it lived up to the hype!
