Anne Arundel County police arrested two men after receiving a tip about suspicious activities in Pasadena on Saturday.
Police charged both suspects, Nicholas Alexander Rinehults, 29, of Brooklyn Park and Terrell Tavon Myers, 33, of Curtis Bay, with two counts of theft and one count of rogue and vagabond.
Shortly before 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Bar Harbor Drive for a report of someone looking into vehicles and lurking in yards. The report said a yellow car may have been part of the suspicious activity.
Officers eventually located a yellow taxi cab with a man inside, parked at the Bar Harbor Marina. Police also found a backpack with several portable DVD players, GPS units and other property inside.
A victim of one of the thefts positively identified the DVD players, and said they were stolen from his vehicle.
With a description of the second suspect, police located him near the Saint Jane Frances School, on the 8500 block of Saint Jane Drive. He also had several stolen items in his possession.
