Did any of you see O'Malley's interview on NBC sunday? He was asked the ultimate question...."Are the American people better off now than 4 years ago"? His answer was NO, but that's not the question for this campaign or something along those lines. WOW!!!! I couldn't stop laughing. What a sad state of affairs we have gotten ourselves into.

Actually we are better off. The Banks have been stabilized and are making loans again. Housing is turning around. The US auto industry is recovering. Unemployment is down and gas prices have stabilized. Money spent to protect New Orleans-was well spent and even the airlines are making money. Is it back to the Clinton years-nope. 4 years can't undo 8 years of damage and a hostile Congress. But things are better-oh yeah and we have better health care protection. As for the debt-2 wars, the debt inherited by this president vs the non debt Bush inherited, and a failure so far to reset the tax structure so the Romney's of America can hide their wealth making the middle class shoulder the burden.

Really? Are you serious? Auto industry might be doing okay but they have only paid back have the money that bailed them out. Unemployment is at an all time high and everyone knows the numbers are skewed, just ask the dept. of labor!Health care protection? The Obama care hasn't even kicked in yet? Everyone is protecting themselves from it. Really? Are YOU better off?
