New Dunkin' Donuts Planned for Riviera Beach

The owner of the store on Ritchie Highway is now looking to open a location in the Riviera Plaza shopping center.

A new Dunkin' Donuts is being proposed for Riviera Beach.

A developer will submit plans next month for a new donut shop at the corner of Kenwood Road and Fort Smallwood Road.

SAHAJ, LLC, which also owns a Dunkin' Donuts at 8053 Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena, will hold a public meeting in October to present a preliminary site development plan.

The meeting is schedule for Oct. 8 at 6:15 p.m. in the Riviera Bach Branch Library.

The new location would be near the site of an existing Dunkin' Donuts at 8487 Fort Smallwood Rd. It is unclear whether that store will remain in place. Wayne Newton, a representative for the developer, did not return an email requesting comment.

The Dunkin' on Ritchie Highway is AWESOME so I'm glad these owners are looking to expand. The ones on Mountain Road really suck :-(

I think this idea is about as ridiculous as Pasadena now having FOUR 7-11 stores within a 3 mile radius!!

I agree, having four (4) 7-11 stores so close together is a bit much.

I welcome another Dunkin Donuts, or any respectable businesses to that area of Ft. Small wood road. It would be nice to not see the vandalized and abandoned Bowling Alley, the closed businesses such as M&T Bank, Seaside Restaurant, Lucky's, and the other various vacancies in the Mars supermarket strip mall.
