Five Questions with NHS Senior Athlete Roger Bergeron

The two-spot athlete at Northeast High School will attend Lycoming College is the fall to play football.

Patch stopped by to talk to a few senior athletes about their careers as Eagles, and their plans moving forward.

Roger Bergeron spent three years on varsity football and two years on the varsity track team.

Pasadena Patch: What is your favorite memory from Northeast High School?
Roger Bergeron:
My favorite memory would be my first interception my sophomore year against Chesapeake. It kind of closed the deal because it was late in the game. We ended up winning that game 19-3.

Pasadena Patch: What are your plans for after high school?
I am going to Lycoming in Williamsport, PA, and I am going to play football there. I picked it because it is kind of far from home, but not too far. I think I want to major in business, but I am not sure yet.

Pasadena Patch: What are you most looking forward to in college?
Meeting new people and getting the best education I possibly can.

Pasadena Patch: What was your favorite class that you took while at Northeast?
Math. I was always good with numbers and it was challenging. I also had a pretty cool teacher.

Pasadena Patch: Who was your favorite teacher at Northeast?
Mr. Gast. He taught us math, but he also taught us life lessons.
