Executive Director, Chuck Hall, was responsible for Big Vanilla having to pay $161,000 to settle a sexual harassment suit filed by four female employees!

Big mistake signing up. Didn't learn until later that my husband could have tried a 7 day pass but he was pushed to sign up. Luckily, we paid month to month to start instead of committing to a 2 year contract. After a quick review of the machines, he was left on his own. What is really upsetting is that you have to give 25 days advance notice before cancelling even is it health related. My husband was trying to increase his cardio. Twenty days before the next billing, an EKG revealed that his heart was erratic and only working at 80% so of course he could not continue exercise. BUT he still had to pay for a full month plus a $25 late fee.
