The manager Kristen is obtuse in helping. She does not care about you. Food is served cold. The portions are skimpy and the SEVRVICE SUCKS. The servers are too stupid to count the order to match what is placed in the bag. I am still waiting for the free coupon that would be sent to me in mail. That was over a month ago. Liars! The manager should have drove in her car to my home to deliver the dessert I paid for but am yet to receive. Kristen the manager said there would be something sent to me in mail. Thats a lie! I am out roughly $8 for John Cole dessert and $5 tip to stupid curbside server. Don't eat there unless you want to be ripped off and treated like cattle.

I love Carrabba's Italian Grill! The prices are great and the food is excellent! However, the last two times I've eaten at the Pasadena location, which is the closet to my home, the food was horrible. I ordered a talapia fish dinner on one occasion and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. They did offer to cook a new piece, but I decided on something safer. The saltiness stayed in my mouth the entire day. I thought it was just a one-time incident. So, about a month later I met my girlfriend at the Pasadena location. We were both disappointed in our meals. It just wasn't the quality that I usually get from Carrabba's. Recently, I bought my parents a gift certificate to Carrabba's. They love the spaghetti sauce. They too reported that it just didn't taste right. What happened? I think they need to reevaluate their cook. When they do replace or retrain this person, let me know.
