I was so impressed with the quick response time and phone help from Bob that I felt no need to look further or make more calls for a quotes and a resolution. Bob arrived promptly with the parts to fix my dryer and was finished in a half hour.

You, Bob, were so kind and courteous to myself and my children when you entered my home, respecting my house and the room you worked in. You were clean, very professional and when you were done with the job, you discussed any future maintenance my dryer would need and left contact information should I have any additional concerns. If and when I have another problem with my washer or dryer, you will be the only one I call. Thank you for being that small business man in Annapolis who still believes in service and not the money.
