Went there to order a real dinner, probably should have stuck to pizza and subs. I ordered veal. It was very tough. When I sent it back the owner/manager came out to see why. I told him that I like my veal very tender and that I go to Little Italy regularly and never had it this tough. He told me that the restaurants in Little Italy use frozen veal. His is fresh and that is why it tasted the way it did. What?!?! Needless to say we never went back.
We've eaten in and taken out 2 times each. The red sauce is fantastic, the portions are large and the price is surprisingly low. Service is great (we always get the same person waiting on us, eat in or take out). They use real veal, not veal patties; the eggplant isn't seedy as it is in so many restaurants. Veggies are still green and crispy. Try it - you'll like it!

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and a cheese steak sub from there last night. Both were very good. The pizza was the best I have tasted in a very long time.
