very, very poor customer service...my wife ordered shirts and when i went to pick them up, they couldn't be found. the place was a mess and unorganized. they then became hostile and argued with me as i walked to my car...i will not go back

Very poor customer service. Accepted job, did not complete. Did not return phone calls. And yet, very defensive. Perhaps too busy to follow through on small jobs.

Just used Iggy for reversible pinnies for 3 teams competing in the big OC Sand Soccer tourney. They completed the job on time (actually early) and cheaper than their online competitors, even with a custom logo. They even completed a VERY last minute order of additional shirts without hesitation. The shirts were high quality and came out just like we had envisioned. The staff was cooperative and friendly and kept in constant touch. They're in a new location around the corner on Ft. Smallwood Road just down from Kobe Marine. While the 'showroom' was a bit disorganized, I would sacrifice the glitz and glitter for the exceptional service we received. I'll be a return customer.
