This place is a disaster. Where should I start…ok here we go.
1) Deals with the auction buyer that trumps your business……
First of all once a week they get a shipment of cars from an auction buyer. This guy buys lemons and has Jet do the repair work. Since this buyer does high volume work with them his cars come first. Your car, well your car is very secondary to the auction buyer’s cars. You could be waiting up to a month for a simple repair.
