This week, through a fluke accident, they damaged one of my dress shirts. In an age short on customer service I was pleasantly surprised when their management team immediately accepted responsibility and worked to resolve the issue. I love this Zips. I live in Millersville and have visited the Gambrils and Annapolis ZiPS. This location is ahead of them by leaps and bounds. Professional and courteous staff and does a very good job on your clothes.
