Joseph Leo Baumgarten of Pasadena was with Dianna Lynn Marketti, and both had outstanding warrants in Maryland.
The couple wanted in connection with a string of daytime door kick-in burglaries throughout Howard County were recently arrested in Bay County, FL. Joseph Leo Baumgarten and Dianna Lynn Marketti have been wanted by the Howard County Sheriff’s Office since they skipped a bail hearing on Nov. 15. Baumgarten's address is listed as being in the 8400 block of Kenton Road in Pasadena, according to online court records. Marketti has addresses listed online in both Glen Burnie and Dundalk. Marketti was arrested on an outstanding warrant after police responded to a verbal altercation between her and Baumgarten on Christmas, according to police in Springfield, FL. Anne Arundel County police arrested one of two men suspected in thefts of and from vehicles in the Brooklyn Park, Pumphrey and Pasadena areas over the weekend. Justin Michael Myers, 23, of the 800 block of Glade Court in Baltimore faces several charges including: unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, second- and fourth-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000 and rogue and vagabond. According to a police press release, officers responded to the 700 block of Sunnyfield Lane in Brooklyn Park at about 3:40 a.m. Sunday with the caller telling police that two men were attempting to steal a white Chevrolet Suburban. Richard Lee Kinsey, 27, faces charges related to the attempted theft of an ATM in Glen Burnie, according to police.
Police arrested a Pasadena man early Thursday morning after he allegedly attempted to break into an ATM in Glen Burnie. Richard Lee Kinsey, 27, of the 7800 block of Apple Tree Road in Pasadena, was charged with destruction of property and attempted theft, according to a police press release. Officers said they responded to a Gulf gas station in the 7600 block of Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. in Glen Burnie at about 12:15 a.m. Thursday and reportedly saw Kinsey crouched down and tampering with the ATM. According to the release, Kinsey did not notice the officers approaching him and continued to allegedly tamper with the ATM. Police said he was unable to get access to the money inside the machine.

Brian Timothy Funk, 40, of Pasadena turned himself in Sunday after a warrant was issued for his arrest stemming from accusations of sexting with a minor.
Former Archbishop Spalding High School track coach Brian Timothy Funk, 40, of Pasadena turned himself in to police Sunday after being informed of child pornography charges against him, police said. Funk was charged with one count of child pornography and one count of display of an obscene item to a minor. According to police, a July complaint led to an investigation that determined Funk had exchanged sexually explicit images via cell phones, also known as sexting, with a minor girl. A release from Anne Arundel County Police said Funk reportedly attended a movie with a female student and "allegations suggested that a possible relationship existed."
