As an avid exerciser myself, I know that when the alarm goes off at 6:30 a.m. I despise the gym with everything I have. However, when I am in the groove running on the treadmill with my iPod going, the gym becomes tolerable. And finally, when I am headed back home, satisfied with my workout, the gym is pretty awesome.
