Riley Riley is an approximately 3-year-old neutered male Foxhound. Shelter staff have gotten to know Riley very well over the past several months as Riley has come to the shelter five times as a stray since October 2012. Riley's owners have been notified that he has once again been brought to the shelter, however they have been unresponsive to Animal Control's attempts to contact them since January. Unfortunately, keeping Riley confined to his property, with his propensity to roam, is difficult. …
