Millersville Church Buys Pasadena Office Space With Plans To Convert: Report

PASADENA, MD - A Millersville church recently bought a Pasadena office space for $1.2 million, The Daily Record reported on Friday.
The Daily Record said the buyer, the House of Mercy Church of God, plans to convert the building.
Hyatt Commercial Real Estate listed the property, located at 4326 Mountain Road.
The listing said the 2.22-acre property was originally seeking $1.5 million. The 9,200-square-foot building, which was constructed in 1989, has over 45 parking spaces.
There are two separate suites with the ability to create a third.
Google Maps imagery from September 2022 shows the building's marquee advertising E & S Construction Engineers and Anthony F. Feurer & Associates Certified Public Accountants.
